The video shows the process of forming and enrobing fruit bars from date mass
At first, a portion of the fruit mass is loaded into the hopper of the RFM-200 modern automatic forming machine. The display pre-sets the forming parameters and to start the process press the "start" button.
The bar forming process begins. The product of the final shape enters the conveyor belt of the machine.
The bar then goes to the mesh belt of the enrobing machine with the built-in tempering machine SW-ET 200, where the product is enrobing with chocolate or glaze. The transport system has 2 irrigation sections with a heating block and a blow-off section.
After the enrobing machine, the product must be cooled. For this we use the SW-CT 200 cooling tunnel with a working area of 10 meters
At the exit, you get a ready-to-eat product, which you just need to pack.
Thanks to the high productivity of this line, you can produce up to 5,400 bars per hour, and since the line is fully automatic, only 1 person is required to service it.
На видео представлен процесс формования и глазировки фруктовых батончиков из финиковой массы
Изначально порция фруктовой массы загружается в бункер автоматической формовочной машины RFM-200. На дисплее предварительно настраиваются параметры формования и для начала процесса нажимаем кнопку «старт».
Начинается процесс формования батончиков. По ленте транспортёра машины поступает продукт конечной формы.
Дале батончик поступает на сетчатую ленту глазировочной машины со встроенной темперирующей машиной SW-ET 200, где продукт покрывается шоколадом или глазурью. Транспортная система имеет 2 секции поливочная с нагревательным блоком, секция обдува.
После глазировочной машины продукт необходимо охладить. Для этого мы используем холодильный тоннель SW-CT 200, рабочая зона которого составляет 10 м.
На выходе вы получаете продукт готовый к употреблению, который осталось только упаковать.
Благодаря высокой производительности данной линии вы можете производить до 5 400 батончиков в час, а так как линия полностью автоматическая для ее обслуживания потребуется всего 1 человек.
