This didn't happen all the time, but I can remember a few times where it was my own mind set that held me back.
Since then and over the years, I've learned the importance of harnessing self confidence to help ward off negative self talk to keep my mind on the positive trail.
Anytime a negative thought comes to my head I figure up a way to turn that around into a positive.
