This is an AI animation of the primary suspect in the Cleveland Torso Murders (Dr. Francis Sweeney). There are very few images of Dr. Sweeney on the internet (the ones that do appear are poor quality images). This video was the best I could do with what was available to me. AI images were animated using the "DeepNostalgia" program.
The Cleveland Torso Murders took place in the 1930s in Cleveland, Ohio's "Kingsbury Run" neighborhood. This killer was also known as "The Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run". Dr. Sweeney was never charged with the crimes and died in a veterans home in 1964.
