2: Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and add salt, garlic powder and red pepper to it and mix well
3: Add the eggs mixture on tortilla and put another tortilla on top and cook for 5 minutes over low heat
3: Turn it over and add some mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes and parsley on top and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add chopped spinach

Place that tortilla on top
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat
Flip over
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Add some sliced tomato
Spinach
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5 minutes
