Hey everyone! I baked another bread today, but unlike the other breads that I have baked so far, the cornet bread involves using sponge dough technique. In layman's term, it means mixing a starter dough and letting it rise for some time, before mixing it into a bread dough. This gives the bread a richer flavor and a more even smoothness. Anyway, cornet bread is just one of the many kinds of bread that you can use this technique to, and cornet bread is also pretty popular with kids so it's something that is fun to do. You'd need a few corn molds though, but if you don't, you can do your own corn molds by cutting cardboard into cone shapes, then wrapping the outside with aluminum foil. I hope you have fun watching this video.
