In the Arga River, the water level has increased at the most over the past 20 years.
This led to flooding in the provincial capital, Pamplona.
Streets, houses and garages were flooded, roads were closed.
Several football matches were also suspended as the fields were completely flooded with water.
Improvement of weather conditions is expected not earlier than December 13th.
