This is the spot that I can always find a deathclaw to tame. Almost every time. But you may need to server hop a few times. I am a level 55 and I can only tame level 23 and lower at this moment. Animal friend & wasteland whisper card are equipped and maxed.
Only need one card maxed out to tame. Different card for different creatures.
side note --- it does take sometime for the deathclaw to get to your camp.
