I enjoy reaction videos on YouTube (YouTubers watching and reacting to TV shows, movie trailers, etc), and I was always curious how they inserted a copy of the original videos into their own video.
I assumed this was done with some fantastically complex equipment and sophisticated editing techniques. But recently, I started playing around with PowerDirector and Kinemaster for Android, and I learned how simple it can be to do this.
I have no idea if what I present here in this video is a good technique or even a proper technique for doing this, but it's kind of what I stumbled across.
And while the subject was fresh in my mind, I decided to go over it while recording the process and post it as a video. My goal in this video was simply to show how easy it is to insert video into another video once you know how it is done.
