Going grey is a rite of passage we all will pass through. Like most women, I too chose to cover my grey hair in the beginning, but recently I decided to embrace them. Allowing yourself to go grey can be a symbolic process which prompts reflection and encourages personal development and accept the change. It can be an important and beautiful process, if you choose to go that path. Many women fear going grey as it can signify growing older, but this means embracing these changes is even more important. There is nothing bad about coloring your greys but if you’re able to accept going grey as a natural process you will discover your most authentic, gorgeous self.

In this video, I will share my grey hair journey from when I use to be so conscious about covering my greys to the point where I just embrace my grey hair. I will talk about why I decided to go grey and how I transition to grey hair confidently and in style. Going grey gracefully takes a bit of planning. If you have decided to go grey, I will also share the tips for going grey gracefully, to give you the confidence to show off your silver hair with pride.
