I actually created this recipe in a dream. I woke up, wrote it down, and then went back to sleep. The next day I bought a duck. This video is the end result. The plum wine gives the sauce a slightly sweet flavor that goes well with the duck. The carrots were also part of the dream, but I grilled them for the video rather than steam them. They look great and also go well with the duck. In my dream I insisted the duck meat be served over noodles, not rice, but feel free to serve it the way you think you'll enjoy it most. (I also saved some of the left over meat and made Duck Meat Ravioli, [ Ссылка ].)
