A tight tolerance long internal keyway is no joke. This has become a great repeat job for my shop, as nobody else has been able to hold these tolerances. The vertical slotter is the machine for the job, and is not found in many shops.

The Anchorlube was thinned down just enough to spray mist. No real recipe was used, but just thin enough to work. It has worked amazingly well for this job. If you are interested in trying out Anchorlube, here is a link to their amazon store.
