Jenny Tschiesche is back with the second instalment of our Air Frying 101.
This video, Jenny explains the simple calculation you can do to easily convert traditional oven cooking times and temperatures to be cooked in an Air Fryer instead.
WHEN COOKING FROM FRESH:
Take 20°C off of the typical oven temperature.
Reduce the typical oven time by 20-25%.
For example:
If the oven instruction says 180°C for 25mins, then your Air Fryer should be set to 160°C for 20mins.
WHEN COOKING FROM FROZEN:
Keep the suggested oven temperature the same.
Reduce the typical oven time by 50%.
For example:
If the oven instruction says: 180°C for 20mins, then your Air Fryer should be set at 180°C for 10mins
