Quick Tutorial on creating a Footage / Video Clip from Image Sequence in After Effects. If you are having some issues feel free to comment and I will help you out.
The Image Sequence used in this video was from Blender EEVEE Rendered as "PNG Sequence" . It helps sometimes to fix artifacts in video output. It has to do with the compression settings in Blender's inbuilt Video Encoder.
