Here is a simple way to fix a dented dome on a woofer. I have used this technique several times with great success! (Please be careful not to damage your speakers!) Some vacuums can have a lot of suction power, so use caution. You may want to have a helper to shut the vacuum off in case the vacuum won’t release from the dome.
I used a vacuum with a suction release valve.
