On November 9, 2020, Emirates Thoracic Society, a society
that bring together physicians, healthcare professionals
and experts working in both pediatric and adult respiratory
medicine, held the Emirates Thoracic Society: Interstitial
Lung Disease Webinar with over 131 participants in United
Arab Emirates and across the globe. This activity is supported
by Boehringer Ingelheim and managed by Medetarian
Conference Organizing (MCO).
Our keynote speakers - Dr. Ashraf Alzaabi, Dr. Saniya Khan,
Dr. Fabrizio Facchini, and Dr. Mahmoud ElKaissi discussed
the updates in interstitial lung disease, professional IPF, it’s
pulmonary fibrosis, and the fault lies not in our stars but in
our genes. Dr. Saniya Khan chaired this webinar together
with Dr. Sharina Aldhaheri as the moderator.
