Today, in this video you will learn how to make "Keerai Masiyal" this simple and healthy recipe is super quick to make and delicious when you have it along with steamed Rice and topped with a spoon of ghee. Weekly twice we make Keerai masiyal/Kadaiyal. we are growing our spinach, having a few pots at home. சிறு கீரை / Siru Keerai (Spinach)
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
தக்காளி / Tomato - 1
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1
பூண்டு / Garlic - 5 Pieces
புளி / Tamarind
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 5 Nos
உப்பு / Salt
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida - 1/4 Spoon
சீரகம் / Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Spoon
கடுகு / Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
