If you have vinegar in your kitchen, you should pour it over your feet. I'll show you why you should do this in this short video.

To do this, you should grab a tub that fits your feet. Pour 2.5 liters of water into it and then add 75 ml of apple cider vinegar. You should also add 1 heaped tablespoon of salt to the water.

Then soak your feet in this foot bath for 20-25 minutes. The foot bath ensures that bacteria are killed, blood circulation in the feet is stimulated and calluses are softened so that you can then easily remove them.

So if you've never had a foot bath with vinegar before, you should definitely give it a try!
