My most popular hot sauce made with Ghost Peppers and Habaneros.
Goes great on poultry, pork, seafood, beef and pretty much anything and everything.
Ingredients:
16oz fresh Pineapple cubed
6-8 Ghost Peppers
4-6 Habanero Peppers
1 small Onion
1 large Carrot (3oz)
1 oz Golden raisins
4 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 oz fresh Ginger chopped
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 c raw Sugar
1 tbsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 c white Vinegar
