CHANG’S FRIED RICE WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Boiled rice ½ kg
Onion chopped ½ cup
Carrot chopped cubes ½ cups
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Chopped sausages ½ cup
Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Mushrooms sliced 6
Eggs beat 2

METHOD :
Heat oil, add beaten eggs, stir fry till scrambles, add in all the vegetables, and sausages, fold in boiled rice with seasonings and soya sauce, mix all well, and remove.
