A brightening practice that touches on all parts of the body, releasing tension and bringing energy. We open Surya Namaskars interspersed with hip and groin openings followed by a light Sirsasana Cycle which heats the spine and connects us more deeply to inward focus. We then transition into Supta Padmasanas, upper back openers and a variety of Twists before Sarvangasana Cycle.
