On this short test you can see the tracking improvements of the Sony A7R 3 over the R2 in Eye AF tracking speeds. Also you can see how the native lens Zeiss 35mm 1.4 compares to the tracking speed of the Canon 35mm 1.4 L ii with MC-11 adapter.
