Welcome to swimming with Polar OH1 heart rate sensor ! In this video you'll see how you can record heart rate during swimming.
Note that the OH1 set has been available with two different types of swimming goggle clips. Your set can include two clips or one clip. Both types of clips are well suited to be worn when swimming, their design is just slightly different.
