Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pista (Pistachios) 5-6 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) full cream 3 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Pistachio essence ½ tsp
-Green food color 5-6 drops or as required
-Cream 2 & ½ Cups
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-Coarsely chop pistachios on a clean cutting board with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
-On low flame,add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Turn off the flame & let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pistachio essence,green food color & mix well.
-Add cream & whisk well until smooth.
-Let it cool completely then strain icecream mixture with the help of the strainer.
-Transfer the mixture to an airtight container,tap 2-3 times,cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze overnight.
-Take out from the freezer,remove cling film & let it rest for 2 minutes.
-Cut ice cream into cubes with the help of the knife.
-In chopper,add ice cream and process until smooth.
-Add chopped pistachios & mix well.
-Transfer the mixture into an airtight container,cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours (yields: 1 litre).
-Once frozen completely,scoop out,decorate with pistachios & serve!

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Pista (Pistachios) 5-6 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) full cream 3 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
-Pistachio essence ½ tsp
-Green food color 5-6 drops or as required
-Cream 2 & ½ Cups
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-Clean cutting board per knife ki madad sa pista ko coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Halki ancch per cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni dissolve ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Pista essence aur green food color dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cream dal ker smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur strainer ki madad sa icecream mixture ko strain ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 2-3 times tap karein,surface ko cling film sa cover ker ka lid laga lein aur overnight kliya freeze ker lein.
-Freezer sa nikal lein aur cling film ko remove ker lein aur 2 minute kliya rest dein.
-Knife ki madad sa ice cream ko cubes mein cut ker lein.
-Chopper mein ice cream dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan process ker lein.
-Chopped pista dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal dein,surface ko cling film sa cover ker ka lid laga lein aur 8 hours kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein (yields: 1 litre).
-Jab freeze ho jaye tou scoop nikal lein aur pista sa decorate ker ka serve karein!
