Rates are low but house prices are at a historic high. We are being told a lie by the realtors and bankers to buy now or there will be no inventory. Which is not true. Mortgage Rates have been low for many years now so why is everyone rushing to buy a house? Its because the media and realtors propaganda to manipulate the buyers minds into buying as soon as possible. This is no different than the toilet paper fiasco folks.
Interest rates are at a historic low but that is not enough reason to start buying a house. Rates do matter but that isn't the whole picture.
