The members of the Rivers State House of Assembly elected under the platform of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, but last year defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, popularly known as Pro-Wike lawmakers because of their loyalty to the former governor of Rivers State and now minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, Nyesom Wike, have after their first deliberation in months issued a 7-day ultimatum to the Rivers State governor Simi Fubara to represent the 2024 Appropriation Bill to them or there would be consequences. This video examines the threat and how Fubara and his government handled the situation.
