Q: Which exit is not possible without cape?
A: You cannot get the Donut Ghost House exit that unlocks Top Secret Area, since it requires flying high up at the start of the level.

This run was so good that I lost the run and it was still the run. I could do better because of that though.
Most notable things that didn't go right:
- missed Cookie Mountain flower grab; had to get it in Soda Lake which is a bit slower, but not a big deal
- lost 2 full urchin cycles on Forest of Illusion 2, which is a 16s loss
- missed the boo bounce strat in Valley Ghost House (secret exit) once and had to reload the room to attempt it again; this lost well over 25s, while the strat would only save ~7s over using the coin snake
