Build strength & stability with me through this all level balancing yoga flow. This sequence will help you to build full-body strength and stability through postures as dancers pose, side planks, chair pose and so much more. We will also find inner balance through conscious breathwork, Drishti (focal points) that help keep the mind present and in the moment. Practice with this class as often as you like, perhaps save it to a playlist on your channel for easy access to help you master the postures and continue to grow with your practice.
