Giant hogweed is an invasive plant species and is also very poisonous! If you get juices from the plant on your skin may give you wounds and blisters. (Watch the video to see what gear you can use to protect yourself.)
Do not compost! Return to a recycling station of possible.

Jag har ett gäng jättelokor på lite olika ställen i trädgården och ska försöka bli av med dem genom att gräva upp dem + all rötter. Vill absolut inte använda besprutning om jag inte måste! Mitt i allt trillade stativet med kameran, som störtdog…
Jätteloka är en invasiv art som dessutom är giftig. Om du får växtsaft på huden kan du få stora sår och blåsor. Se i videon vad jag har på mig för utrustning för att skydda mig från växten. Den får såklart inte slängas på komposten utan ska helst köras till soptippen där man får säga till att man har jätteloka med sig. Den ska alltså inte slängas bland trädgårdsavfall.
