The Adrenal Stress test is a saliva-based test that unlike blood tests, can help determine different types of adrenal imbalances by looking at the circadian rhythm of cortisol, along with evaluating other markers that can give an indication of one’s adrenal health. In this presentation I not only will give an overview of the Adrenal Stress Index test, but I’ll also give some treatment suggestions based on the different findings.
