Best Candied Yams Recipe! How to Make Keto Candied Yams for a Low Carb Thanksgiving ONLY 2 CARBS [ Ссылка ]
Happy Holidays Everyone! Today I am making a Keto Candied Yams. It is a simple and easy Low Carb recipe that will go great with your Keto Thanksgiving.
Recipe:
1 large one kabocha squash
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
¼ cup of sweetener (I used this one: [ Ссылка ])
¼ cup of golden brown sweetener or 1/2 cup of sweetener
6 tablespoons of butter thinly sliced

0:30 Preheat oven to 400
1:16 Place one squash at a time in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes. This will help cut the squash open
1:54 Cut open and remove seeds. You can slice and keep the skin or remove it.
3:00 Cut into small cubes
3:48 Place cubed squash into a baking dish
5:00 Sprinkle evenly the spices
6:26 Spread sweetener and brown sugar
7:55 Top with cubes of butter all over
9:33 Bake for 15 minutes
11:00 Toss and mix and bake for additional 10-15 minutes until it's tender
