@MrVosser talks you through how to add a video meeting to a Google Calendar invite. All new calendar events you create can include a meeting link to allow video conferencing.
This video will also show you how to schedule multiple Calendar events with the same Hangouts Meet conference details. For example, if participants from different Calendar events need to join the same conference or you want to use the same conference space multiple times.
You will also learn how to join a meeting from your browser with the meet id.
