Fore-Rib of Beef (Prime Rib)
Sirloin Joint
Sirloin on the Bone
or, at minimum a Rump Joint Strung.
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
500ml Beef Stock
Salt & Pepper
Optional:
125ml (½ Cup Red Wine)
