Minister Joly was provided with a list of over 50 names of people responsible for shooting down PS752, which killed 85 Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

More than a year later, no sanctions have been applied to these individuals; and the IRGC, responsible for this act of terror, has not been designated as a terrorist entity by Justin Trudeau's Liberal Government.
