In this video we are going to talk about how to stop seeking instant gratification. But is instant gratification bad, though? Well yes and no, in my videos about dopamine I talk about how too much of the good thing can make your reward system go numb, and I will be back with more videos on that in the near future. In this one, however, we will mainly talk about how to stop wanting instant gratification in the first place, and how to get things done when not motivated.
