It appears the state bird was looking to catch a ride on the state train. Video from a viewer spotted a roadrunner at the Los Ranchos Journal Center stop in the North Valley. It can be seen running around the platform and then waiting on the yellow mat. We don't know if the road runner made it to its final destination.
