Ingredients :-
Ghee - 1 tbsp
White nuts
Kismis/Raisins
Banana (sliced into small pieces) - 2
Eggs - 3
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 4 tbsp
How to cook :-
1. Roast the white nuts and raisins using ghee and set them aside.
2. Put the sliced bananas in the same ghe and cook them until they start become mashed. Set them aside to cool.
3. Take the eggs, sugar, cardamom powder, salt, and milk, and mix them together using a blender.
4. After the banana is cooled, pour the mixture over the bananas and mix them.
5. Take a pan, spread some oil and pour the mixture of banana into the pan. Spread them even. Toss the roasted nuts and raisins over them.
6. Put the pan on top of another pan/vessel. Cover the pan using aluminium foil and place a lid. Bake for 30 mins.
7. After 30 mins, your very own banana milk cake/Kayppola is ready to be served!
