I purchased my Sprint Booster from here:

This video does 0 to 50 (wasn't able to reach 60) runs with and without the sprint booster enabled. I did four runs from zero to 50 (ish) with it off, then 4 runs with it on the Red 2 setting.
I then examine all the results using Tableau Public, showing the times for 3 runs each (one run each of the Sprint Booster off and on I was unable to accurately read the data). I used some charts and tables to show the final results.
In conclusion, it does look like the Sprint Booster provided about a half of a tenth of a second improvement in the times generally, and it provided much more consistent times. All my runs were from stand still without launch control though, so I believe that launch control would negate the benefits of the Sprint Booster.
Note: I was unable to hit 60 MPH for this test on the road in "Mexico" I found for the testing. And unfortunately the GPS Race Timer app didn't update quickly enough to determine times from 0-50, which is why I only could get the top speed that I achieved. In the future if I do more 0-50 or 0-60 tests, I will use either a speedometer app, or will 3D design and print an adapter to have my camera record the built-in speedometer.
