These women, who are banished and loathed by the society, live in tiny rooms, each of them barely 10 sq ft in size. Garstin Bastion Road or GB Road is a road near Ajmeri Gate in Delhi. Lined with several old congested buildings, and located in the old Delhi region, it is infamous for its brothels and various illegal activities including smuggling and drug peddling.
