Many Bored Ape Yacht Club owners are in danger of having their Ape NFT liquidated after using them as collateral in order to receive crypto loans.
BendDAO, an NFT lending platform in which you borrow Ethereum using your NFT as collateral, receiving 30-40% of that NFTs floor price, has already seen 3% of Bored Apes sold and liquidated as the floor price of Bored Apes goes lower and lower.
Some are claiming this is an opportunity to buy Bored Apes at fire sale prices.
Bored Ape’s current floor price is around 70 Eth, that’s just under £100,000 at today’s price.
