This video was taken by weekly increments as I harvest my organic garden. University life and pandemic don’t go well together specially for someone with an auto immune disease like me. The prices of groceries went up along with the number of cases of people who are infected, or so it seems. Having the garden that provides fresh produce along with the chickens and fish was a big help. It is my sincere hope that many would be inspired to plant a garden specially in times like these.

This year 2021 I am going to a do over of the entire garden. I am going to change the layout and move some plants around. This homestead project is a work in progress and I invite you all along with me as I navigate the world of homesteading!
