Hey guys, here is a new recipe I learned for cooking fish. It really works, and we love it. About one gallon of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 a lemon. Bring to a boil add fish chunks, and cook until the fish floats (about 4 minutes). Dip in melted butter and enjoy. Thanks for watching, and God bless.................J
