I visited this incredible collection of fruit trees, spread across acres of beautiful land in Kauai. It's all run by one amazing guy. He does the grafting, planting, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, weeding and watering of hundreds of fruit trees. His name is Umi and his land is called Umi's Farm. He sells his fruit locally. Incredibly, he planted his first tree on the land just 7 years ago. Fast forward to the present, and many of his trees are producing beautiful fruit. He plans to plant hundreds of more trees in the future.
