A wicked winter storm with strong winds has caused power outages across Northeast Ohio on Friday.
Summit, Erie and Lake counties are among the hardest-hit areas when it comes to those without electricity.
Here are the current power outage numbers as listed by FirstEnergy's outage map (updated at 7 p.m. Friday):
-Ashland County: 419 outages
-Ashtabula County: 670 outages
-Cuyahoga County: 7,355 outages
-Erie County: 1,118 outages
-Geauga County: 1,842 outages
-Huron County: 243 outages
-Lake County: 517 outages
-Lorain County: 539 outages
-Mahoning County: 106 outages
-Medina: 35 outages
-Portage County: 300 outages
-Richland County: 152 outages
-Stark County: 18 outages
-Summit County: 600 outages
In addition, more than 1,000 customers are without power combined in Carroll and Wayne counties, according to data from other providers.
