Few golden-age arcade games allow for aggressive play; even the speed games Tempest, Robotron, and Sinistar have no options for extraneous wildness. A Joust player, meanwhile, can smash opponents with unfettered acceleration. Choosing to hide and tap them out lightly or to wallop them with high-flying aerobatics depends on attitude.
