It's so delicious that you can cook it almost everyday! Incredible easy potato recipe!

Ingredients and recipe:
200g pork loin
Cut into 4 pieces
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper
Place some plastic wrap on top
Smash the meat with a meat cleaver
Flip the meat over
More salt and black pepper
Set the meat aside for 20 minutes
Shred 3 medium sized peeled potatoes
Squeeze the water out
Shred 50g carrot
Chop 1/2 onion
Add salt and black pepper
Mix well
Crack 2 eggs into the bowl
Add 2tbsp flour to the bowl
Medium heat
Olive oil
Place the vegetable batter in the pan
Place one piece of meat on top of the pancake
Add more of the batter on top
Fry until golden brown on both sides
Place the pancakes on top of a baking tray
Bake for 20 minutes at 356°F/180°C
Chop 200g celery
Add to a bowl
Chop 1 full apple
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
Pour 2tbsp olive oil
Also pour in 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
Add some Dijon mustard
1tsp maple syrup
Add some salt
Mix it all together well
After 20 minutes
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Bake for another 5-7 minutes at 356°F/180°C
Done!
