In this walkthrough video, Joe highlights the features of the Clearwater Industries CW2000LSL (Low Solids Loading) Ballasted Flocculation Stationary Clarifier.
The clarifier uses coagulants, flocculants, and recycled sand to create a floc that settles out of liquid suspension quickly.

5:03 Application Conclusion
First, Joe explains that the clarifier is an 800 GPM nominal rating. You'll see the outside of the control container, coagulant storage, and equipment underneath the clarifier.
Then, you'll see the control container that is insulated and completely wired for all operator controls. It also houses the dry polymer preparation unit, dry polymer bags, and the liquid coagulant dosing skid.
Next, you'll see the clear well pumps and discharge pumps. This site doesn't have a sewer so we installed a discharge pump to move waste to a lagoon.
Finally, Joe details the flow path from the top of the clarifier. You'll see the clean water achieved towards the end of the video.
Joe concludes by explaining the use of the clean water overflow for the cooling towers.
This unit is stationary and Clearwater Industries does make portable versions.
