This is the story of a circus that punishes people, that makes them suffer in public for the pleasures of others. In this tale there is a person walking on a rope with a bag on his head covered so he can't see the truth, he has blood on his neck and arms. He is blinded by it but still has to do his walk across the rope. People are clapping and having fun with it while he suffers on his own.
This is "The Tale of the Girl Who Got a Gun" which corresponds to the story of Human kind threatening and abusing other living beings for the joy of Humans.
The idea is to transport the terror, the panic, the fear and the confusion animals feel when they are on that situation.
"The Tale of the Girl who Got A Gun" stops being a story told in metaphor about people abusing living things (both mentally and physically) to get pleasure out of it.
During the remix, if you pay enough attention, you will hear to laughs, both deep and high ones, claps, numerous voices at same time and a moment where it feels like he's falling deep into an oblivion of pain and terror.
