1. Get enough sleep

3. Participate in the meeting
4. Take Notes
5. Caffeine
6. Eat some candy
7. Eat a small lunch
8. Stand up
9. All day meetings (Eat, Walk, and more!)
10. Don't sit next to your boss if you are going to fall asleep
