Signature dining at Walt Disney World EPCOT has arrived for vegan or plant based and non-vegan foodies alike. We went to the recently opened Takumi Tei and got:

Watermelon jelly with ginger palate cleanser 7:02
Teien (Compressed Watermelon, Frisee, Grapefruit, Daikon, watermelon rind Tsukemono, Tuzu Dust, and watermelon vinaigrette. Usually comes with tuna sashimi but is vegan without) 8:21
