So many of us struggle with our shoulders rounding forwards when we ride, it's definitely one of the most common position 'faults' people have. Rounded shoulders can mess not only with our position but also with our balance, our breathing and our contact.
If you struggle with this, you may have been told to 'pull your shoulders back' (which can cause other problems), or to do chest stretches or doorframe stretches, when most of those stretches don't actually get to the muscle we really need to reach. You may even be reaching for a shoulder brace (please don't!)
Try this super easy stretch which gets RIGHT to to the muscle we need to reach - the pec minor. And look out for my other videos on activating the muscles around the shoulder blades and upper back to take this work even further!
